Terms & Conditions

• You must have at least FSC level education (or higher).
• SST will provide Email credentials for you to create a LinkedIn account; the accounts are the sole property of Smart Solutions Technologies Pty Ltd. Even if you leave the program later, the account remains under SST’s ownership.
• You represent SST and must conduct yourself professionally.
• After some time, subject to performance, you may be converted to full-time.
• Referral Bonus System (paid only after onboarding is completed) for each referred talent:
  • $2 after the first client interview pass
  • $5 after the second/final client interview pass
  • $10 on successful onboarding
  Note: The total referral bonus is $17 ($2 + $5 + $10), and it will only be paid once onboarding is completed. If the referred talent backs out at any stage before onboarding is completed, no bonus will be paid.
